VIRTUES & VICES SERIES
Virtues and Vices is an ongoing body of work examining the traditional canon of virtues, vices, and sin beyond its conventional interpretation within Catholic and European cultural tradition. The series questions fixed moral categories and destabilizes the simplified dichotomy of good and evil as historically constructed systems of social normativity.
Through figurative language, symbolic references, and psychologically charged atmospheres, the works explore the ambiguous space between morality, instinct, guilt, and identity. Rather than offering moral judgment, the series investigates the instability and complexity of human behavior shaped by cultural memory, social structures, and individual experience.
